My ordered product has broken during shipping, what should I do?

Take a picture of the product, email us the picture together with a description and your order number to: sales@advancebiotech.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

How Long Do CBD Products Last?

Our products should be kept in a cool, dark place. An opened bottle will last up to 2 years in the refrigerator. An unopened bottle will last up to 4 years. Capsules and ointments will last a lot longer.

Can I drive a car after using your products?

Yes, you can. Our products are not psychoactive or intoxicating.

Is CBD the same as Medical Cannabis?

No. CBD is a variant of Cannabis Sativa which contains less than 0.2% THC, the psychoactive substance. Medical Cannabis has a significantly higher THC content.

Are the oils tested by a third-party laboratory?

Yes. We analyse all batches with our own test equipment. We also send batches to a third-party company.

Are CBD products full spectrum?

Yes. All compounds are extracted and preserved throughout the production process, in the same ratio and structure as the original plant.

Is CBD a dietary supplement?

Yes, CBD products are a seen as a food or dietary supplement.

What is the difference between Alchemic and Spagyric?

All of these products are extracted using our custom-built Soxhlet extractor. The difference between the two is that the spagyric method reintroduces the calcined mineral salts from the hemp plant fibres. Spagyric methods require more time and craftmanship but create a product which encapsulates the entire spectrum of the plants’ compounds.

What percentage should I choose?

Some people prefer stronger products with higher Cannabinoid levels, while others prefer products with lower Cannabinoid levels. Everything depends on the individual and we recommend trying out different products. What is worth knowing is that it is not possible to directly overdose on hemp in its natural form.

Which CBD product is best for me?

Each person responds differently to CBD products. We recommend everyone to try and find a product that works best for you.

Will I get ‘high’?

No you will not get ‘high’ CBD is a non-psychoactive substance. THC is the active chemical compound that gives users the ‘high’ feeling. High doses of THC are needed to feel this effect, all our products are lab tested and under the legal limit for THC.

Are CBD products legal?

Yes, CBD products within the UK and the EU (European Union) are legal to use when derived from legal cannabis/hemp when sold as a food supplement. Double check with local laws as they can be subject to change.

Can I travel abroad with my CBD products?

We recommend finding out the local laws regarding CBD products in the country you wish to travel too.

What is CBD?

CBD or cannabidiol as it is known is one of the most prevalent compounds found in the cannabis plant, it’s a non-psychoactive compound within the plant, unlike its famous cousin THC. Studies have shown our bodies have natural receptors for CBD within the ECS (Endocannabinoid System). We encourage you to conduct your own research into CBD.

How much should I take?

Every person is different and for that reason, we advise you to start with a low dosage. 2-3 drops in the morning also 2-3 drops in the evening/before bed. You know your body better than anyone else, after regularly taking you can determine if you need more or less. These are only guidelines. As a food supplement, the maximum adult daily dosage guideline is 200mg per day.

Our products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness. They are sold as food supplements only and like all other food supplements – supposed to promote everyday wellbeing in conjunction with a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
